The Polish superstar is heading back into some serious hard enduro action and the much-awaited restart of the ‘FIM Hard Enduro World Championship’. With round one heavily restricted, and round two cancelled completely, all riders come into the ‘Abestone Hard Enduro’ with zero championship points on the board.
Leading the charge for GASGAS Factory Racing, Taddy Blazusiak is no stranger to new challenges. The experienced multi-time FIM SuperEnduro World Champion will be riding the GasGas 2-stroke EC 300 as he takes on what promises to be an ultra-tough three-day event, held in the Tuscan mountains. Facing a timed extreme test on Friday evening, Blazusiak will then face two full days of racing with Saturday made up of intense special tests. Sunday will deliver a three-hour, 20km Super Final.
Taddy Blazusiak: “I’m excited that we’re going racing again. It’s been the longest off-season for me ever, I think. I had a good warm-up at the EnduroGP of Italy, and it gave me a full weekend of racing to test my shoulder. Now, I’m really looking forward to starting our thing – the Hard Enduro World Championship. I’m feeling good, everything seems to be working well. The bike is absolutely awesome! The race in Italy looks like it going to be a tough one, but I can’t wait to get started.”
